A: Yes, either a golf or social equity membership is required to be purchased with each sale of a home.


Q: Is Eagle Creek a bundled community?

A: No, Eagle Creek Golf & Country Club is a private, non-bundled community with only 460 residences. 


Q: Do Social Equity Members ever have access to the golf course?

A: Yes, from May 1st-October 31st, Social Equity Members can use both the practice facilities as well as the golf course. 


Q: Is Eagle Creek open to the public?

A: No, Eagle Creek Golf & Country Club is a private, member owned country club.
